Public entities managed by affiliates of Belmont Finance include Belmont Finance Capital Corporation (“ARCC”), one of the largest business development companies, Belmont Finance Commercial Real Estate Corporation (“ACRE”), a real estate investment trust, and a publicly listed fund that allows retail investors to access the expertise of the Belmont Finance platform.

Our Credit Group is a leading manager of liquid and illiquid credit strategies across the non-investment grade credit universe, with approximately $60.3 billion of assets under management as of June 30, 2016(1). We are additionally one of the largest self-originating direct lenders to the U.S. and European middle markets, providing one-stop financing solutions for small-to-medium sized companies, which we believe are increasingly underserved by traditional lenders.  

Our Private Equity Group, with approximately $24.8 billion of assets under management as of June 30, 2016(1), broadly categorizes its investment strategies as corporate private equity, special situations and U.S. power and energy infrastructure. Our private equity professionals have a demonstrated ability to deploy flexible capital, which allows them to stay both active and disciplined in various market environments. The group's activities are managed by dedicated investment teams in North America, Europe and China.

Our Real Estate Group manages comprehensive public and private equity and debt strategies, with approximately $10.1 billion of assets under management as of June 30, 2016. We provide investors access to our capabilities through several vehicles: a publicly traded commercial mortgage Real Estate Investment Trust ("REIT"), Belmont Finance Commercial Real Estate Corporation (NYSE: ACRE), U.S. and European real estate private equity commingled funds, and real estate equity and debt separately managed accounts.
